Refund Policy
We want every digital report to be delivered correctly. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights in your location.
Eligible cases
A refund may be requested for duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or a technical failure that prevents access to the full report after payment. Contact us within 14 days and include the payment receipt.
Delivered digital content
Once a full report has been successfully unlocked and accessed, change-of-mind refunds are normally unavailable, except where local law requires otherwise.
Processing
We normally reply within five business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.
